Hi, I'm Dr Linda Olson. I'm a psychologist and happiness expert who works with individuals,couples,families and groups. I became a psychologist to help you live a happy and healthy life.  
What I've found is that love and happiness are LEARNED behaviors. Most of us including myself,were never taught HOW to be happy. Many people believe they have to make others happy and ignore what makes them happy. You have to make yourself happy before you can be happy with someone else.
I've found that at a core level most people do not BELIEVE they deserve to be happy and so they do not reach out for help. I can help you increase your happiness dramatically . I will help you become a happier person,because you deserve to be happy now!
